PRN Registration Clerk Closes on April 30, 2016

Sumner Regional Medical Center has one immediate opening for a PRN Registration Clerk in our Business Office. Monday – Friday on our 1st (7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) or 2nd shift (3:30 p.m. to 12 a.m.), and Saturday – Sunday (11a.m. – 11 p.m.), whichever is needed. Registers and admits patients, to ensure all outpatients are pre-authorized and have pre-certification. Serves as clerical support for the Business Office. High school diploma and six months related experience is preferred. The successful applicant will be required to pass a post offer drug screen. Housekeeping Assistant Closes on April 29, 2016

This is a full time position. M-F 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Must be able to work occasional weekends and shared holidays. Qualified individuals will possess the ability to do laundry for patient care, keep storage rooms stocked, distribute linens and laundered articles, replace soiled drapes and cubicle curtains, disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies, sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors, clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, empty wastebaskets. Sumner Regional Medical Center has an immediate opening for a Staff RN in our Nursing Services Department. This is a FT position on our 2nd shift from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Qualified individuals will possess the ability to rotate among various clinical services of the institution, as needed, take patient vitals, aid physician during treatment and examination of patient, record patient progress, and maintain awareness of comfort and safety needs of patient.
