Chief Nursing Officer/DON Closes on December 3, 2019

Fulltime Salaried/Exempt position responsible for directing and coordinating activities of the Nursing Services Department including Acute medical/surgical unit, ER, Skilled Nursing Unity, Outpatient Clinic, Surgery, Behavioral Health Unit and Rural/Primary Healthcare Clinic. Directly and indirectly supervises a staff of 50 FTE’s. Administers the nursing program to ensure/maintain high standards of nursing care, provides advice to the Medical Staff and Department managers and aids the CEO in formulating and administering organization policies. 2-3 years management experience preferred. Must be RN with current KS license. BSN preferred but not required.


Certified Nurse Aide Closes on December 31, 2019

Surgical Scrub Technician/Central Sterile Technician Closes on December 16, 2019

This is a part time, day shift position with variable hours. Qualified individuals will possess the ability to ensure that all surgical supplies, instruments, and equipment are properly inventoried, decontaminated, assembled, inspected, packaged, sterilized, stored, distributed, and tracked for quality throughout the hospital. Works independently with little supervision. Qualified individual will also possess the ability to perform tasks in the role of a Surgical Scrub Technician: performing tasks in the sterile field, preparing the operating room for surgical procedures, preparing sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment using sterile technique. Certification preferred but experience considered in lieu of certification. Competitive benefits with compensation based on experience.
